Please cancel and reschedule accordingly. ✅ Late fee of $10 ONLY if you communicated with me that you will be late. Otherwise Deposit will be lost and appointment will be cancelled if you’re late. ✅Any last minute rescheduled appointment requires a new deposit, unless I reschedule your appointment due to an emergency on my end. ✅ Please read the Cancellation policy! (Located under business hours) 🗓️ To book your appointment a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. There is a site processing fee for card payments. (The remainder of your service can be paid with the card on file or cash) Unfortunately no change can be given for cash payments at this time. 💳 No deposit, No appointment. MUST BE AN ACTIVE CARD. This is to secure your spot. ⭐️ Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Communication is key to you leaving satisfied, please do not tell me you don’t like something at the end of the service. You will still be held accountable to pay for your full service. ⭐️Late policy GRACE PERIOD is 10 minutes. Please keep in mind that I may have clients behind you and if you’re running late, it will mess up my schedule and have me running late for the rest of my day. If you run over the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. If you communicated with me and arrive anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes after the grace period you will have to pay a late fee of $10 (does not get deducted at the end of your service, it is an added fee). Anywhere after 5 minutes of the grace period you will lose your deposit and the appointment will be cancelled. ⭐️ Salon etiquette If you are sick PLEASE RESCHEDULE! Please do not bring extra people to your appointment (unless discussed before hand with me). The nail room is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your service. ⭐️Pedicures Please come in sandals or easy to slip off shoes. Come with nothing on your toe nails and CLEAN FEET!! *Dry pedis only, there is no soaking in water. No ingrown nail removal. I do not work on fungal or damaged toes. No corn removals. *Get acrylic toes at your own risk. Not recommended for those who wear closed toe shoes often or frequently. No toe nail reconstruction. ⭐️ I do not provide fills, soak offs or other services for nails that I did not initially service. *For safety and quality purposes I will not work over other’s work. Please come with BARE nails with no left over product or your appointment will be cancelled and you will also lose your deposit. * For your health and my safety I will not service damaged nails, please DM me if you are unsure. ⭐️ Fills after 3 weeks will be charged the full price. Fills with any missing or broken nails will be charged the full price. I do not do fills if there are any lifting on the nails, please book for a soak off + Fullset. ⭐️Please select all the correct services when you book. You can select multiple services in one booking. Ex: French tips are a design, be sure you are booking that add on service as well. If you need a soak off you would also need to book those services. If there is not enough time to add on a service that you want/need the appointment may be cancelled, rescheduled, or we would have to make do with what we can with the time we have. If it is cancelled or rescheduled you will lose your deposit and be charged 50% of the service. You will need to book with a new deposit. All the services you need must be booked correctly so that we can do everything in a timely manner. ⭐️Please be respectful of me and my time as I am towards you. In order to provide the best service possible for you I must ask that all the policies are understood and followed. I am still perfecting my craft and if you are looking for something fast paced then I might not be the right place for you, and that is okay 😊 Please be understanding and patient with me 🤍 ⭐️Gift cards cannot be used to pay appointment deposits. *Terms & conditions: If the full amount of the gift card is not used, no cash or change will be given. A new gift card with the remaining amount may be issued. If the service exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another form of payment. No expiration date on gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be replaced. Damaged or altered gift cards are unacceptable. Cancellation Policy

I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens I respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. ❌Failure to cancel 24 hours before appointment will cause loss of deposit. ❌ You will lose your deposit for same day cancellations, please communicate with me as things can happen last minute. Unfortunately your deposit will not be refunded but I can accommodate and reschedule you for another appointment with a new deposit, if you reach out to inform me. ❌ You will lose your deposit for no shows or same day cancellations with no communication. You will not be able to book a new appointment unless you communicate through me for future bookings. The deposit will double for future appointments for anyone who has cancelled on the same day with no communication or no shows. Multiple cancellations or no shows will result in you being banned. I understand that life gets in the way sometimes but please respect my time and remember that I am running a business.
